Information we collect

The ContractFit intake may collect company and contact details, headquarters and service area, workforce information, services, commercial and government-contracting experience, hiring capacity, insurance and bonding status, target geography, public opportunity links, and other business context you choose to provide.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank or payment-account information, passwords, government procurement-portal credentials, or other highly sensitive information through the intake form.

How we use information

Submitted information is used to review analysis requests, evaluate business operating constraints relevant to government-contract opportunities, communicate about ContractFit, create and maintain internal client records when appropriate, and support service reliability and security.

Storage and service providers

Intake information is stored server-side in private ContractFit systems hosted through Cloudflare. When a business becomes part of ContractFit operations, relevant client information may also be synchronized to ContractFit's private Google Workspace environment for internal business operations.

The website does not store intake submissions in browser local storage. The current site does not use third-party advertising trackers or analytics SDKs. Hosting and security providers may process ordinary request metadata, such as IP addresses and browser information, as part of operating and protecting the service.

Retention

ContractFit does not currently use an automatic expiration schedule for intake submissions. Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to review requests, provide services, maintain appropriate business records, protect the service, and meet applicable operational or legal obligations.

More specific retention and automated deletion controls may be introduced as ContractFit grows.

Access, correction, and deletion requests

To ask about information you submitted, request a correction, or request deletion, contact lucien.privateco@gmail.com. Requests are reviewed subject to applicable legal, security, and legitimate business-record requirements.

Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated as ContractFit's services, infrastructure, or data practices change. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision.
